A nine-member elected board of directors manages the Foundation. The Foundations Board is comprised of credit union leaders representing communities from across the two state area who serve three-year terms. Among its many management responsibilities, the board is required to appoint a nominating committee and a scholarship selection committee that is responsible for selecting the annual scholarship recipients. Additionally, board members sit on various committees.
